Sims with a degree in university will jump to level 4! This career is great fun and allows you to list properties for sale and help sims find their perfect home. You’ll need to work on your charisma and list properties for sale to advance through the levels. With this career by KiaraSims4Mods, you’ll start off as a receptionist and work your way up until you own your own real estate agency. This mod does require Island Living, Get Famous, or Get To Work. It is an active career mod that is great fun and is different from all other career options in the base game.

This career by ItsKatato is super fun! Your sim will be able to choose from three different cosmetology branches – hairstylist, esthetician, and nail technician.
